1. Download Perl
We will first go to the ActiveState site and download Perl to your computer.
1. Goto www.activestate.com/products/activeperl and click on the Get Active Perl button.
2. Click on the Download button.
3. Click the Continue button.
4. Click the MSI link under Windows (x86).
5. Click on the Save File button.
6. Wait a bit as the file is downloaded to your desktop.
7. right click in the download area and choose Open Containing Folder.
8. You should see the ActivePerl file in your Windows Explorer.
