Deactivate or reactivate a channel?

Channels can be deactivated at any time from within your publisher account. Data will no longer be collected for deactivated channels, but you can always pull up the historical data for a deactivated channel when generating reports.

You also have the option of reactivating the channel at a later date. Deactivated channels do not count towards your total allowed channel number.

To deactivate a URL or custom channel:

1.From within your publisher account, click the AdSense Setup tab
2.Click the Channels link
3.Choose a product and click the link for the appropriate channel type
4.From the list of channels, select the channel(s) to remove
5.From the dropdown in the upper left, select Deactivate checked
To reactivate a URL channel:

1.From the Channels page, below the AdSense Setup tab, click the Channels link
2.Scroll down to the Manage URL Channels section
3.From the Inactive Channels list, select the channel(s) to reactivate
4.Click Activate
To reactivate a custom channel:

1.From the Channels page, below the AdSense Setup tab, click the Channels link
2.Scroll down to the Manage Custom Channels section
3.From the drop-down list, select the channel to reactivate
4.Click Activate channel
5.The channel will be reactivated, and added to the Active Channels list.
